The Heaths, Marci & Jim, created SPARKLE-N-DAZZLE Creative Designs. The IRON-ON beaded designs are handcrafted by Marci. This new way of adding a glamourous, expensive-look to clothing, gifts, & household items has become quite popular. The ease of applying these designs makes adding "BLING" to any plain garment a task anyone can accomplish.
